At Cokí Clik, we’re grateful for your support and committed to ensuring your satisfaction. While we stand by the quality of our products, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. This policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities when it comes to returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Product Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In new, unused condition
- Returned with original tags, packaging, and accessories
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
Cokí Clik reserves the right to inspect and reject any returned item that does not meet these conditions.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (clearly marked as such at purchase)
- Custom or personalized products
Refunds
If your return is approved, you may choose between:
- A refund to your original payment method (minus original shipping costs), or
- A full refund issued as store credit, which can be used on any future purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Store credit is issued within 3 business days once your return is approved.
Exchanges – Bonus Store Credit
We encourage exchanges over refunds—and reward you for it.
If you choose to exchange your item, you'll receive a $5 store credit once we receive and verify the original item.
To initiate an exchange, contact us at support@cokiclik.com within the 14-day window.
Return Shipping Costs & Reimbursement Policy
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect (see the Damaged or Defective Products Section).
If you choose to return or exchange an item, and use USPS as your shipping carrier, you may be eligible for reimbursement in the form of store credit, provided you send us:
- A valid USPS shipping receipt
- Your order number
Return shipments must be sent via USPS only to qualify for shipping reimbursement in the form of store credit, and credit is capped at a standard USPS rate. We do not reimburse for expedited, oversized, or international return shipments unless pre-approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@cokiclik.com within 14 days of delivery.
You must include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
All claims are subject to review and approval. If approved, we will offer either:
- A replacement at no cost
- A full refund (to your original method or as store credit)
- Reimbursement of USPS return shipping, if applicable
Cokí Clik reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet these criteria or appear to result from misuse or wear.
Limitation of Liability
Cokí Clik is not liable for:
- Items lost or damaged during return shipping (please use a trackable USPS method)
- Returns shipped without prior written authorization
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or third parties
This policy may be updated at any time without notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
