What is Local Pick Up?

Local Pick Up is an option to save on shipping costs and waiting time on receiving your orders available for residents in Puerto Rico. With Local Pick Up, you can contact us to schedule your pick up at a preferred day and time.* After placing your order, we will prepare it and put it in a lockbox with a unique code that will be provided to you making the process safe and easy!

*Pick up will be subject to availability in the schedule. Certain restrictions will apply. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

How It Works

  • Location

    The pick up spot for orders is in our hometown of Isabela, Puerto Rico.

  • Order

    In the checkout screen of your order, select “Pick Up” in the Delivery Methods and place your order.

  • Contact Us

    Contact us through What’sApp when completing your order to get the pin of the location and the unique code for the lockbox:
