Local Pick Up

Prefer to pick up your order? Here’s how it works:

  • Orders can be placed Monday – Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be ready the same day.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be ready the next day.
  • We’ll send you an email when your order is ready for pick-up.
  • Need a specific pick-up time? Contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
  • Pick-up availability depends on our schedule.

Shipping

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more within the United States and Puerto Rico!

For orders under $75:

  • $6 flat rate shipping for the Contiguous US.
  • $5 flat rate shipping for Puerto Rico.

Note: Free shipping does not apply to Print-on-Demand items.

Processing Times

We work quickly to get your order out:

  • Processing time: 1-5 business days before shipment.
  • All orders ship exclusively through USPS.

Delivery Confirmation

Lost or Damaged Packages

We know shipping issues can be frustrating, and we’re happy to assist in finding a solution. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to help!

However, Cokí Clik is not responsible for:

  • Items lost or damaged during return shipping (please use a trackable USPS method).
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or third parties.

We’ll gladly provide guidance and work with you to resolve the situation, but certain shipping circumstances are beyond our control.
